Please bear in mind that if you call their customer service it is actually a premium number. Just ended up paying an extra 250 EUR for having waited 50 min on the phone to get through. There is no mention whatsoever that it is indeed a premium number which is usually reserved for entertainment and games. I call this out as a scam.
