Absolute scam.Our flight was delayed. We phoned to alert them, but they told us they could not stay open just for us. Understandable.But them they told us that they could not keep our 2 cars (already paid!!!) for the next morning.Apparently the « system » would reallocate them as free from the next morning.No problem, we come 5 minutes before you opem and we get baci the cars which we alreay paid.Nope! We were the first ones when the desk opened the next day, and only higher value cars were available 🤬. Hence we had to payan extra 1500€ for 2 cars we already paid.
