PISA Airport. Bunch of scammers. Insisting we paid for tow truck insurance and then another 12 euro for a CO2 tax. I asked where on their t+cs has the 12 euro. They pointed to paragraph 21 which just mentions taxes – no mention of a CO2 surcharge. Then he said that every car hire charges (not true as we immediately went to a different desk and were not charged). Just trying to upsell for full insurance package. Horrible experience.
