Ordered a handheld retro console on the 23/08/23. Paid for the 3-7 day express delivery. Website seemed legit. By the 28/08/23, product still showing as “preparing”… how hard is it to load files onto an SD card, and stick it in a handheld console??Contacted them… took two days to reply, ensuring me they would push for the order to be completed (26/08/23). The order didn’t update/change. They never got back to me, and it passed the point were they could uphold their 3-7day express delivery WHICH I PAID EXTRA FOR! It’s clear to me now, that this company (that claims to have 16 years business, yet no online reviews) are absolute scamming b*stards!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!SCAMMERS!
