Scam! Ordered an item in 9/5/23 and paid for the 3-7 VIP shipping. I have received no updates on my item. One customer service email comes back undeliverable and another has not had any response in a few days. Already reported a claim to my bank. Hope it gets resolved. Do not trust this company.
