Complete scam. I feel stupid for paying over the initial amount let alone having to add another €100 to the costs for the unlock. All you need to do is ring the service provider or consider changing sim… I asked for a refund but was refused and really poor service. I’m now waiting to see if the phone is unlocked with no confidence that this will ever be done. Be careful. Don’t trust the fake 5 star reviews!
