Absolutely shocking and a scam. Went to have a file converted over. Paid the 50p as per the trial offer, only to find I couldn’t then get into the account as it failed to recognise the email or the password. Asked the company for a password reset and still waiting for the email to reset this. It’s also a coincidence that this has not been sent as it took me over the 48hr free trial period and now I’ve been charged £39. Stay away from this company at all COSTS!!!!
