Ordered 2 months ago, no product came. Notified my bank and filed a complaint, received full refund and then a support team member sent me an email, very rude email. They basically told me I placed an illegal chargeback through my bank. They told me I did not resolve with them first. Well, I sent emails and while following the tracking, the item was delivered but not to me! Who I don’t know and they haven’t told me to who either but yet they want me to pay them. They claim they are contacting my bank. I guess they want my money without giving me a product. FRAUD
