I thought I was signing up to a simple rewards programme to earn rewards whenever I made a booking with National Express. I find that I signed up to a scam run by National Exprress that debits my credit card £15 per month. I really do not appreciate being conned by what I thought was a reputable company. Having cancelled I find that I have to pay for one more month. I have absolutly no idea what I am paying £15 a month for or what this has to do with booking coach tickets. The person responding to these comments with cut and paste diatribe on behalf of Nxrewards needs to read the definition of Scam -it is a dishonest scheme which is exactly what this is. It is dishonestly pretending that the Nxrewards scheme is some sort of Natioal Express loyalty scheme.
