absolutely shocking …I NEVER signed up for this reward thing. I don’t live in UK and have never even been there to have had any use for it..I found out they have been taking $29 nz off me monthly since.I didn’t notice until now as it was an account I don’t use often.I found out when I’ve gone in to check a recent purchase that hadn’t turned up from Amazon, I saw a uk conversion fee for a 15-pound thing I never purchased..so rung bank who let me know it had gone on since 2019!!!!! when I did some digging, turns out it was after booking Ryan Air and a bus. The company had this place attached to them as a default I guess as I certainly never signed up. They have your credit card details and name because you ordered your tickets .I never took the flights , it was cancelled . Yet I’ve been paying all this money ever since. I accept I should have checked account statements more carefully than just a glance every few months …but the main reason Im here is to warn people about this company and the fact soooo many of us have had this happen to us WITHOUT signing up. that makes it a scam when you try to contact them they DO NOT answer any of your questions and cut and past a reply that we all seem to get on this feed example .. ” why can I not get through to your phone number” ” why are you taking my money when I did not authorise that and don’t live in UK ?” the reply said ” if you are satisfied, go to our website to enjoy the flashbacks, if not call us on ^%^$&(*#…the very number I told them didn’t connect . I obviously wasn’t satisfied as I was ranting at them to explain themselves!! I had to cancel credit card as the bank consider4ed this a scam too.
