They send me tracking number with UPS telling it was shipped to my address in Switzerland.I sent them email 3 months later telling that according to tracking the item was returned back to your facility Miami, Florida. They promised to resend me the medication again but no news since september 2023. They are not responding my emails and not refunding my money back.
