Oh my God all I wanted from this company was a simple birth control prescription and it has been over a year and everything has been a nightmare!! My insurance was making me get the prescription through a mail order service (Nurx could not send it directly) and this took so many months and messages to get Nurx to set it up properly I ended up having to PAY for the prescription at a local pharmacy even though I should have been getting it for free. NOW a year later it has come time to renew the prescription so I completed the renewal survey and paid the $40 and that was OVER A MONTH AGO and there is no prescription to be had and I have sent MANY messages and they respond “You have a renewal survey to complete” ARE U EFFING KIDDING ME?? This place is a complete scam.. you talk to a different person every single time and it is clear none of them have any clue what they are doing or talking about. I am so angry that I gave my money to this place! Now my prescription is expired and I won’t have my pills in time and I’m going to have to figure out how to get them somewhere else. What a pile of **** YOU ARE.
