this is the worst platform I have ever used, I used to have pill club, and I can’t believe they went out of business but NURX aka SCAM is still around. they said they couldn’t use my insurance for 1 out of 2 items so I assumed I was okay for the second item. wrong, both were not covered and they had the audacity to say that I said it was fine to not charge my insurance even though I was notified about only 1 prescription. as a side note, i spoke with my insurance, and they said it should cover anything/ NURX, and NURX claimed its inside network only. and of course no refund for the “Consultation” that they do absolutely nothing.
