    *Update to review/reply below the original*Signed up with Nurx for a Tretinoin prescription this past spring. Hadn’t received a single notification regarding an upcoming refill until an email arrived yesterday stating a new unit was in a status of “preparing to process.” The message stated I had the option of managing my subscription before the order had been processed. Immediately, I followed the instructions to decline this order prior to processing, but their app and site would not give me the option to do anything. I’ve left multiple messages thru their site, the app, and a reply to yet another message that came thru today stating they’d processed my order. I also tried their customer service number repeatedly over the past two days, but the line DOES NOT WORK. I’ve yet to hear back from any of the messages sent prior to this prescription moving from preparing to processed. I cannot wait to cancel and delete my account (btw, can’t do that either because you can’t do it online without going thru their non-existent or incredibly under-staffed customer service dept.). It’s hard to believe Nurx is managed this poorly.*This is in regards to the “reply.” Obviously, it’s automated. If you read my review, you’d know I’ve attempted to contact NURX through all these channels multiple times. This operation is a scam. Oh, and since the review, they’ve pushed my prescription through and not answered a single message.
