Before getting any service, they want you to sign up for a subscription and unknowingly they signed me up for the highest one which is the annual and you get charged $179 every year I just got charged and I’m trying to cancel on the website and it won’t let me so I had to go through my bank I emailed them and they say someone is going to get back to me but no one does. Please don’t use this website it is an absolute scam with their No refund policy. I did not even get to use the service because their website is so tedious and difficult to navigate.
