SCAM!! Can’t believe I fell for it. Ordered a few weeks ago, had regular notifications from shop pay about despatch, handed over to carrier etc then a few days ago I had one to say delivery attempted – to an address in Adelaide. Contacted Novolla, had an email back from the notorious ‘Joe’ who said he’d contact the courier & get back to me, no contact since. The bank are now investigating & I’m waiting for a refund. How are these ‘companies’Still allowed to get away with advertising through other sites. Terrifying.
