Ordered a mirror, trusted this retailer as they advertised on instagram and were linked with the shop app and I didn’t think these platforms would allow a scam retailer to use their services (jokes on me). Delivery was meant to be to the UK but I then tracked the parcel and found delivery was attempted in Adelaide Australia. Emailed them, got one response to say they would chase the courier. A month later and several emails and no response. Then found the website to have shut down. Contacted my bank to report and get a refund.
