Purchased a mirror on 27 November 2023 and apparently it was delivered to Australia instead of scotland, uk. Emailed 3 times before I got a response, then Joe said they were aware and they would sort the issue asap. The order status is returned but radio silence on the emails and no refund, it’s end of January 2024! Complete scam artists. This has happened to so many people, surely something has to be done about it!
