I ordered almost $200 worth of shoes, pants, tops, and other winter wear. I received a bag of garbage. Everything was made from the cheapest material, they even sent the wrong sizes! I contacted customer service and they said that I can pay out of pocket to have everything shipped back, and after they receive it they will decide how much of a refund I would receive. When I asked why I had to pay out of pocket to return the items they told me to ask later because they are busy with a high number of customer complaints right now then ended the chat. This company is a scam. Do not buy anything from them.
