The item I ordered for Christmas never showed up until way after Christmas! No communication from NoraCora whatsoever!! Then a package finally arrives but it’s not what I ordered. I kept emailing on how to return the item etc. completely ignored for weeks. Finally I was told I would receive an approval code/number to return item. This never came & the 30 day time limit is coming up very soon. I’ve sent 5 more emails to support for help & the approcode/ umber!! Nothing. This is a scam! They want the deadline to stop me from being able to retun & get a refund or send me what I ordered! I have seen similar reviews. I plan to file a complaint w/the better business bureau. I suggest everyone who has experienced a similar problem do the same. My daughter picked out the blouse & imagine the disappointment for her & me! I’m out the money & she didn’t get her blouse!!!! A bunch of liars & scammers!!! M
