Problem is after 2 months there was never any refund from them processed to my credit card and it has nothing to do with my bank, my bank cannot show a credit this company knowingly did NOT process!!!- this is how they rip you off, plain and simple. This is a Chinese company that is a scam and full of liars!!!Review: Beware of this company as they are liars and thieves. I was lied to on purpose about a refund I was due. after two months of inquiring the same lie was told to me, that my refund was already processed, they sent paperwork showing the refund which meant nothing because it was just their paperwork, but in reality after two months, there is no credit to my credit card, but they lie and say everything’s done on their end so don’t ever expect them to give you a refund, it’s just a lie
