I bought a giftcard with a great discount – 5 stars for that. But it only worked from the 2nd attempt. Can’t really blame Noones though, it’s a peer to peer marketplace, so they cannot really guarantee that all participants are fair. However, in my case they solved the dispute in my favour, so I am confident they are able to review the disputes quickly and professionally. Kudos to their moderators, good job!What Noones can improve is to moderate the offers better, i.e. prevent the scams, so that people don’t need to spend their time on disputes. I take one star for that.
