It’s really really scamming when I ordered ear wax removal and smart watch, before more than 1 month.. when I received the order there was 2 thick bag. When I make the payment and I opened 1st one it was ear wax removal and then I opened 2 bag there was another thick bag inside this when I open again, I became shocked there was only one enveloped inside there was only two wet wipe.. Immediately I called delivery guy. He came and check after he told me to call noon customer care immediately I called customer care maximum ph was busy sometimes phone is extended but no response.. and I emailed to noon customer support every time they asked same question and again and again when I send email… same thing happened.. finally after 2 weeks 1 guy came and took all the picture and told me within days you will get your money back.. still more than 1month nothing.. I really hate this types of scammer.. when I send email same thing we are on refund process.. we got your email etc.. so now I’m already tired with this company and I don’t hope to get the order order or money back.. so I want to suggest for every customer.. please whatever you are going to buy find out your genuine supplier.. don’t trust this types of scammer… please this is my request…🙏🙏🙏
