Total Scammers. If you try to return something, they offer to let you keep the item, and refund you less than you paid. If you tell them that’s unacceptable, they come back with another lowball offer, higher than the last, but still not full price. And they wouldn’t state “refund in US dollars” if they were actually based in the US. Stay away from this group and the many others like them. I’m still fighting to get my full refund
