NEXTCAR Orlando is complete scam. Lets go over the ways.1. accept too many reservations. 2. van pickup takes 45 minutes for 3 mile ride. 3. too few staffers working the desk. 4. Reservations auto cancel after 1 hour. 5.Staffers instructed to fail everybody’s personal insurance for minor deviation and force everybody to buy NEXTCAR insurance which offers only 1 plan that costs 4 times more than normal. 6. Staffers work extra slow!!!!!!!!!Its 2 am in morning and Staffers dont tell anybody in line that there are no more cars. Obviously, the business model is to advertise a low price, get too many reservations. Force people to pay triple the advertised price. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
