Scam. They require some ungodly level of insurance to rent a car, and they dont disclose this when booking and PRE-PAYING!! I have been renting cars for over 10 years and NEVER has this issue anywhere else. Then they try and make you pay at addition $30-50 per day for “extra insurance.” Wouldnt refund me in person for the amount i prepaid, made me call customer service to get a refund.
