I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely garbage scammy website. I ordered a S23 plus unlocked android supposedly in new condition. What I received was a scratched up S23 plus registered on the Verizon network. I started a return but now 1 day before the return window closes, the return number does not exist. Somehow my refund request number only exists when I try to open a new refund on the same product. Nevermind that my return was received 5 days ago by Newegg per USPS, and I have received no information about it since. I tried to use the chatbot to see if I could find return info, and it just asks for the same order info over and over again. Frankly I think they use the chatbot to just frustrate customers into giving up.I should’ve read Reddit first – it is full of people with similar experiences. I disputed the transaction with my credit card company, so hopefully I can receive my money back that way. Do not do business with this website – it is terrible! If you have any problems with the transaction, they will engage in scammy behavior like “not finding” your refund request to keep your money.
