After making a reservation online with Neattravels , I read reviews about the company being a scam. I called to check my reservation and Daizy Scott answered the call – she was awesome! She answered every question that I had an although the low rate I had tried to reserve was no longer available, she was able to find another excellent rate. She stuck with me throughout the process, reassuring me at every step. She emailed me confirmations and even called to make certain that I received them. Daizy is the best!
