COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAMAs all other review have stated, I ordered £60 worth of goods in April, tracking said delivered which it was not and when I contacted “customer service” I was told they would send out the order again and surprise surprise that tracking has also stated as “delivered” which it has not been. Have never spoken to the same person twice and am told a refund will take 15-20 days (they even tried saying we will refund 60% of the order, obviously i told them I would only accept 100% refund) , I don’t hold out much hope in getting the refund. Despite asking 10+ times for an explanation as to why tracking is saying delivered and can provide proof (via security camera footage) it hasn’t been delivered they have not provided an explanation as to what has happened with the goods only that they will contact delivery people. I told them they were scammers and needless to say I wish I had read reviews, lesson learned for sure.
