SCAM WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS EXCHANGE ALONG WITH EXODUS WALLET!! Their business model is not to take a percentage of your swap… their business model is to steal your funds. It’s as simple as that. Even after KYC and bank statements were provided they still insist on receiving information that was physically impossible to provide. Without ticking their every box they somehow feel justified in holding your funds and not returning them!! I also asked them to provide details on their company infrastructure such as business location, companies house data, landline telephone number, whether they use a call center etc for my own due diligence, which just got ignored. I am now hoping my sensitive KYC information hasn’t been stolen for fraudulent purposes!!! DO. NOT. USE.Update: In response to the N Exchange public reply here on TP, the order ID I am still waiting for, is ODNYNA. I will happily edit this review if this matter gets sorted in a timely manner.
