Order placed and paid for. Notification from Evri that product damaged beyond repair and wouldn’t be delivered. On raising a case with My Watch Strap, standard answer that James would look into it. Had another response that there was a Royal Mail delay, this is strange as the non delivery email cited Evri. Since then I have asked for an update and refund 3 times and no response. Even tried the online chat and no response. Can only assume this is a scam
