    Horrendous Customer Service! One of my parcels was returned to my suite in April for no apparent reason… I was called by my local FedEx office and told “Please ask the seller to call their local FedEx office so your parcel may be picked up”I was told by their jack-ass customer service that they are not permitted any communications apart from email.Long story short I was scammed of the shipping charges, I had to pay an additional $8 to return the package back to the sender and got no refund from these asses because “I did not purchase insurance”!I am hereby deactivating my membership with these crooks and going to better alternatives!I’ll be real, I’ve seen baboons that have more sense than MyUS customer service
