    Their customer service is the most unhelpful I have used in some time. They have this ridiculous system “to prevent fraud” in which they debit a small charge to your bank account and then ask for the amount. If your bank doesn’t accept it, they refuse to do anything. “Just contact your bank”. I can’t, I have explained to you that I’m in Iraq. I could send my passport and bank book, but they don’t want to know. It’s obviously too inconvenient. My stuff is just sitting there. Using my UK card rather than my Thai card will cost me 50 USD to send money to that account.They don’t seem to care. Just be warned, if anything goes wrong, you’ll likely find that you’re on your own.
