I have booked a round trip ticket, the price has increased and I took it still, then I got a wrong booking in so many ways. One way instead of round trip!!!! Wrong date. And you will not do anything. Tried to cancel through the airlines itself, swallowed my pride, but I can’t even manage the account since the booking number is tied to a different email address!! This is is a scam! I worked the whole year just to have my vacation scammed. Not just mine but my family.
