As far as I can tell this company is a complete scam. I tried to book a trip and was told online that the booking failed. So I moved on and booked another flight. Later I see a confirmation for the flight. When I called customer service I was informed there was nothing they could do and that the flights were nonrefundable. Avoid all costs.
