They said there is a change in our confirmed flight, we asked for an alternative, after 45 days still no confirmation! every week after contacting them they were only proposing a new option without any follow up ticket confirmation. After 45 days we asked for refund and they want to charge us for the refund.I have good news for them 🙂 I am going to find all the people who were rubbed by this agency and Etraveli group the mother company, creat a campaign and bring them down! They are thieves
