Earned a free entry to win $250, but didn’t show up in my account. Contacted live support about it and they sent me a free entry for $25 instead. Contacted live support again to fix the issue, and was told my account was “high risk”. My account was deactivated and they kept my winnings. Live support said to contact their fraud department, but I’m pretty sure the department is a trash can because they won’t reply to any of my messages. Don’t trust this company, if you aren’t losing they will deactivate your account and keep your money.
