Similar problem to others. Joined early December 2022, used it a few times, then about Christmas, set about doing maybe 20 odd surveys over 4 or 5 days. Tried to redeem, told “New accounts need to be approved, usually only takes 72 hours” despite being a member for almost a month. Contacted support, was told just wait 72 hours. Okay then , 3 days later, same issue, waited one more day, same issue. Contacted support again, now I’m told I’m temporarily suspended for breaching terms and conditions. I asked in reply, what were the breaches?? Following day, the reply was I was now permanently suspended and they could not inform me of the breaches due to “privacy” concerns. Complete scam!
