I went to their website and filled in the details of the item I wanted a manual for. The site came back to say they had the manual and to subscribe to download it. I did then they told me that they DIDN’T have it. They had my money but not the goods I had paid for. Scammers. I got my bank to stop payments. Don’t touch with a bargepole.
