These people are scammers. They have changed the name of their company, and the most recent email I just sent to them has been returned, as ‘undeliverable’. They claimed to be based in the UK, but as others have found out, are in fact based in China – any company that tells those kinds of lies is not one that can be trusted. I should have known, as they claimed to be selling ‘artisan’ lamps, yet also claimed to have offices all over the world, and could ‘ship’ anywhere. That’s not ‘artisan’, that’s mass produced (even if real). They appear to be ignoring my bank, too – I have not had a refund. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THESE PEOPLE, OR ANY COMPANY SELLING SIMILAR PRODUCTS – they have changed their name and moved on.
