First off, I’d like to say this place is not a Scam. While we had to follow up for our order several times, we did receive it. That being said, the quality of the item is not at all how it appears online. It is a rug, not on canvas, and the colors are nowhere near as deep and bold. For over 2 weeks now, we’ve been trying to get a refund and details on how to return. Customer service needs serious improvement. Please refund order #3845 or #4267 and send return details asap (for some reason we were given 2 order numbers for one item).
