Paid a lot of money for a DNA kit & paid again for postage to USA, but so far, like many other reviewers, I have received absolutely nothing in return. Contacted myheritage (ticket #987166962) and was pleased to get a prompt reply saying that if my DNA sample had not arrived at the lab after 44 days it was probably lost, so I should reply to that ticket & they would send out a new DNA kit… GREAT – so my DNA was still not at the lab after over two months I replied to them & yes please send me a replacement and after that – nothing. No acknowledgement, no replacement kit sent out, no replies to multiple email enquiries or tickets, they don’t answer the “help” line (EVER) and even though I requested a callback, they never even bothered calling me back.The lack of any way to get in contact or get this resolved makes it feel like the whole thing is a big scam. Like I said, I’ve paid out a lot of money & received nothing in return. I will update this review if myheritage ever deign to reply to me, but in the meantime I aim to report these scammers and pursue a refund. Avoid!
