My friend and myself, we decided to make the DNA test and both subscribed. We also took the free monthly trial, and as we were not convinced, decided to cancel it before the end of the period. They both charged us almost 200eur. Luckily, Revolut blocked the payment, but as a a result I had to freeze my card and pay for a new one. They tried to charge me 3 times despite my subcription cancellation! I’ve tried to contact them but it’s absolutely impossible. Litterally scams !!
