A total failure!! Nearly 3 weeks waiting for the kit and no news about it (while they guarantee a 2 weeks delivery). It seems is still at the transit station/depo in USA after 2 weeks it left the company. Non existing customer service (wrote 3 times and never got a reply). A complete lack of care and responsibility taking: the operator blamed the courier but, in the same time, was no able to answer any of my questions. If they were a serious company they should provide the service for free and meantime refund the amount spent; but it’s not a serious company. It’s just a scam. I’ve been told they’ll send the refund but I seriously doubt it will happen. A money’s wasting enterprise
