I purchased a DNA test as a present for some friends the next thing I know is I am charged a subscription with no advance warning. Nothing is explicit on this website. Tried to require explanation via phone and told from an automated voice that no refunds given over the phone as policy and you will be emailed or called back. This seems fraudulent and deliberately difficult to access assistance. No response to any attempt at communication. Really awful company and boarder-line scam. This isn’t a transparent company with scruples and I would be very careful giving this company your personal information such as your DNA.
