Signed upto a free trial in error and there was no communication to say that money was about to be taken.I emailed the same day to say that I wanted to cancel and get my money back, they said they would help but 4 days later and they have ignored every email that I’ve sent so far and I’ve sent one twice a day.I’m now involving my bank and PayPal to get my money back from this fraudulent company.
