    Due to huge delays at Newcastle airport on the 14th Jan which have been documented on the news, i decided to opt for fast track to ensure i did not miss my flight.Bearing in mind i only had my mobile phone and it was never clear that i had subscribed to this obvious scam.I have emailed the company and the computer generated message from Margaret is the response i get back. No empathy no chance just tough luck and be more vigilant i guess.What’s the world coming too when companies can clearly mislead people and get away with it.3 days is the period you get to cancel a subscription that you never knew you had, bearing in mind i clicked onto my mobile phone to ensure i made my flight then had to go straight through passport control, how was i ever going to find terms and conditions.Should have received an email with terms and conditions on never received.Margaret and Charles hope you have earned your commission off this and hope you sleep well knowing that the company you allegedly work for are are stealing good peoples cash.Andy Chambers NE29
