There isn’t a way to give no stars so had to stick to 1*. Similar to previous reviews and scam remarks from many who have been coned by this supplier, please be aware that you will be charged $7 to obtain Canada eTA + $89 for a subscription that you are not aware of in small letters. Just be aware of that charge, unless you want to sign up for it. Also make sure that you use official Canada Website that charges only CA$7, not US$7 which is more expensive in this site. After numerous emails, customer service came back with an apology and full refund of $89. I have changed my rating to 3* from 1* due to a favourable response but still leaving this review so people are aware of this site being not official site to apply for eTA to Canada.
