A friend suggested this app and I paid for a subscription. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. I cancelled several times only to be alerted by my bank of a potential fraud for continued charges. I had to change my debit card number to stop these payments from processing. I cancelled via email because when I called the customer service line, a recorded message plays informing callers no one is available to take the call and to go to virtual chat on website. When I did that, the customer service rep did not virtually reply to my cancellation request. I attempted several times. This company is a total FNG scam.
