If I could rate 0 I would! All seems simple looking at the website but the reality is very different! Crap software with most features only avaliable if the phone goes through the process of “jailbreaking” everytime the phone is restarted! That is simply not practical. Plus it doesn’t work most of the time anyway. Called customer service who refused a refund due to t&c’s which are very unfair and offer little chance of anyone getting a refund. Most people using (or trying to use!) this software are desperate parents, such as myself, panicking and looking for solution – they reel in the vulnerable, take your money then leave you high and dry when it doesn’t work for you. Total and utter scam!!! Am hoping my credit card will refund.
